I've spent way too much time browsing listings and trying to find potential online but have been very gun shy to date.Hoping to learn a lot and maybe pull the trigger in the next year or so!!!

Also i would love to know what your buyers are interested in and pulling the trigger on.

I have looked down that way but never pulled the trigger.

I have been a long time lurker, but still haven't pulled the trigger, but will soon in wholesaling.

Although I have done a lot of analysis of my planned process/strategy and the Dallas market, I have never pulled the trigger on a hard asset deal.I am looking to network, gain some guidance and insight to get into wholesale and/or flipping.  

There are others I met at a seminar two years ago that are still studying and attending seminars and have yet to pull the trigger!!

One lump rent increase might trigger an unwanted vacancy.

I pulled the trigger and after a few coats of paint, some small handyman work, new siding, and a soon-to-be-replaced stove that died a week after I bought the place, I'll have tenants living there.
