@Chris BillingtonThe town homes I bought where at the following prices- $165k needed about 5k in repairs rents for $1,695, $163k about 15k in repairs bigger unit with garage rents for $1,800 , $188k zero in repairs, rent it tomorrow for $1,800 or more.
