I have cash, but I also have great credit and credit availability at a low rate.

However, I don't seem to have enough cash and credit cards to fill the gap.

Hi All,I am buying a townhouse in the Phoenix area for around 190K with 30% down.My closing costs are around 10K, and I have great credit (over 800), which seems high, but I am a newbie so wanted some experienced eyes to help me.  

The way I currently am financing these BRRRR deals are through my line of credit and then refinancing to the 5-6% interest,  20 year, 5 year adjustable loan after the appraisal.

I am looking to meet some of the "top or best" lenders in the Dallas area and would love to just talk to them and pick their brains on lending and credit. 

Although my credit is excellent, I am a new business owner so im not able to secure conventional financing.

Finally, make an exit plan in the event one of you want to leave and an exit plan in the event something terrible happens to one of you.

I recently used Harvesters Federal Credit Union on a land purchase loan and they were quite helpful.
