Finding trade labor is going to get challenging and costs are going to be elevated.

You could try trading with shiny stones and gems but I dont think that practice is still in fad...

Best way to get started is to find a mentor or someone who you can work for free that will trade knowledge, pretty sure you can find someone on here to work with if not find some signs around town that say we buy houses or something like that and call them up and ask if they need any help.

My brother owned his own day trading company a while back and the stories were amazing!

When I got started I could barely swing a hammer.  

I was kinda looking at trading my SFH for a Multi Unit house hacking situation and going from there.

I have been in the building trades for the last 15 years and Im quite good at what I do.

Just have to buy it right.I have seen properties (specifically duplexes) trade in that area for an amount larger than I would have imagined, and I have done some wholesaling over there as well.
