Billing directly as the others have stated would be the logical choice as long as your lease agreement supports it.

Eventually they can approv it based on additional supporting information, but what if that still doesn't fit into their checklist? 

I was talking to an agent that recently went to a seminar and they had data to support an even demand throughout the year for rental homes, vs. sales (where the spring and summer months tended to do better).

Isn't there some system on the internet that picks up words and phrases, key words, that identifies posts where guru support staff types or franchisees can go to post remarks, under the radar, perhaps reverse phycology gaining a bit of credibility while advancing other aspects?
