Anyone who says "kids will be kids" has a lazy parenting style or they just don't respect others.

Find one that fits your style and need (some are more accessible and open to doing long-distance showings than others, for example).

Primarily, it depends on your goals, on your risk tolerance and on the scale of growth you want to achieve.
