Talk to everyone and their mom and work the networks and advertise via social media and go network in person with everyone you know.Your time is valuable so don't spend it on low response/low probability options in a high competition market.The good news is, in high competition markets it's usually high competition due to the SICK PROFITS when you do close a deal.

I have a few possible leads/deals that I would love to share and even give away for a little real world education.It looks like the post that had the meeting place and time was removed but I am not very forum/or social media savy so I may not understand how this works.If it still happening could someone repost the time and placeThanksKen

After the phone interview I check all social media accounts they have.  

Ideas include:- drive uber- Tutor school kids- babysit - cut grass - handwrite invitations - sharpen cutlery - make YouTube channel for product reviews - write a book - teach guitar lessons- run a summer camp - sell things on eBay - organize parties for people - part time customer service emails for company- write resumes for employees - property manage - start Etsy store - air BnB a room in your house - buy clothes in thrift store and sell online - host BBQ dinner and sell tickets for food and beer Get a raise:- you can also ask boss for a 5% raise.

I know that's not often the case, but it's hard to get over that after seeing them be the bottom of the barrel for so long at those stores.

It was an eclectic feel to it with lots of trendy antique stores and great restaurants.
