The young flock here to work.They get paid well and are brought up here to own houses in good areas with good schools....Hospitals and education jobs will always be here.Old money will always remain here.May not be massive growth but too many conservative smart folks staying put here in mass...

The property value on each has appreciated by over $2 million and he feels pretty smart about his investments and has tried to convince me to buy something there.But every time I look at Singapore property prices, I am reminded of Tokyo in the late 1980s.
