If you are a CRE, how would you want me to address the situation? 

I’m sure this question is a question for my bank but off anyone has any info on this situation it will be very much appreciated.

I don’t know where to go to find someone trustworthy to go in on it with me  Hey Jason, wanted to reach out and touch on this since I found myself in a similar situation.

We had a variety of different situations: vacant and good condition, vacant and trashed, occupied in good condition with good tenants, occupants that were uncooperative and required eviction, the whole gamut. 

If a seller owes more than the house is worth what's a few options to help them out of there situation

It’s a strong topic of discussion but I feel that I have an opportunity to be very picky since I can choose to live in the home if I don’t find the exact situation I desire.

Meet the tenants. if they are paying on time, I would be inclined to keep them on Month-to-Month status until the situation settled down.

It is very disappointing that you had to go through this situation.
