New Investor looking to Connect With Several CRE Agents
I'm a new investor looking for my first CRE property. I have several RE agents in my network already, and a couple specialize in CRE. I want to sit down with them and share my goals and thoughts. Hoping that I can glean some insights and possibly leads to good properties. Should I worry about sitting down with more than one? If you are a CRE, how would you want me to address the situation? I figure it's best to be open and let the CRE agents know that I have other agents in my network and I plan to sit down with them? I don't want to waste anyone's time and I don't want to start off with a bad reputation. Thanks in advance for any thoughts!
