I really see the value increasing on these in the next few years with everything currently under construction and everything that is planned in surrounding areas over the next couple of years. 

Just my opinion I think we are going to see the lower end deals( subprime, and type d and c assets) making a come back for investors.

(This one would be a fantastic value-add since his residential rents are under market, but I need to see the apartments first for repair costs.) 

How do you see the new development affecting my target area and the buyer market once I finish rehab, hopefully this February?

I'm moving to Florida in September and wanted to know the best way to find out what the best country to market in, dollar for dollar, meaning what dollar amount can I see the most sales from. ...My thinking is Broward and Palm Beach county you'd have to spend a lot more $$$$ on marketing per month to close deals because of the competition, rather than let's say Tampa, Panama City, Naples, or Sarasota. ...I heard a few gurus talk about certain algorithms they use to  target areas to find better opportunity than others.

I just paid for my first tenant/credit/background history check and I was disappointed to find out that I can't see the credit check. 

I haven't gone to see the property yet, but I'm also thinking of seeing if there is a way to convert basement into a 2/1 unit as well.Thanks in advance!

I have seen it in black and white and see the great potential but am still freaking out due to the possibly financing one unit.

To me, that would be a useless source of frustration and I didn't see the positive in getting frustrated over such a request.
