I would suggest that you should never go below a 50/50 or 50/25/25, with you securing 50% of the profit.

FEMA did an evaluation and gave me an official letter of map amendment determination, and reclassify it to zone X, which DOES NOT REQUIRE flood insurance. 

So the new PM is unable to handle this case officially, as it was started before he took over.

They've given me a bank check for the security deposit. 

I've talked to our mortgage broker about securing a loan for a second property, and according to her, with our DTI ratio, we only qualify for about a $70,000 mortgage. 

And unless you hold a big security deposit, in which case you can play nasty and don't give any back, good luck trying to get her to pay the bill that you sent. 

It comes natural to spend time here on a regular basis or in phases, since, as a syndicator, I would otherwise have to spend more money on advertising and marketing in channels less targets and effective.Where else would I find such a focussed group of people wanting to invest their private capital into my projects to improve their yields and gain equity in a business secured by tangible assets?
