When you guys are filing property tax amounts for rental properties, what figures do you use? 

I could have figured it out on my own but I had a childhood friend who worked in real estate and the deal I had made with the guy was insane.

First, figure out what you are trying to accomplish and be absolutely sure this is the right approach for you and your specific situation.

There are two parties to every sale, and the sale is a zero sum event — every dollar you keep the seller doesn’t get.

But they taste good, and I figure they can't hurt.

This is a hurdle I'm facing I still can't figure out.
