You might consider changing the header/navigation color scheme to blue and use red as an accent and for your buttons.

@Aaron Wyssmann  & @Karen Margrave  Since you guys have experience in developing and contracting, if you have any other advice as to how I can show my value and contribute (and how i cannot contribute by interfering on preferences of paint colors :)) so he sees value in this relationship so it can pave the way for more opportunities down the road, I would greatly appreciate any input on that as well.  

I like the paint color you chose for the exterior.

In fact, based on my experience, the more complex a system is, the more likely it is to break.Contractors & handymen - All important details should be put in writing, such as the start date, duration, paint brand and colors, materials included, necessary permits, and more.

After the poly dries I believe you're supposed to go over again with a fine 220 grit.A cheaper, quicker fix is to paint the floors with the color of your choice or put down laminate.

This past year we did a lot of grey and white color schemes for our rehabs but we noticed a slow down in sales with these properties.

Does it matter to you, if your the seller, what color the armored truck is that drops off your giant pile of cash?

I had been working with them for about 9 months, and prices rose by about $20k in that time.
