But setting toilets, connecting flexible water lines and even installing shut off valves, if not there, is fairly simple.I also hate drywall, and it is definitely an art.

Does it work in most cases, yes, however if you have a borrower that is living off of credit cards, such as a business owner, and cant stop using the cards long enough to get this done, then the scores wont come out correct.I have only had 1 borrower, a restaurant owner, who couldn't stop using his cards long enough for me to get the score I wanted.

It’s a shady company for sure as I have already (as well as several other tenants) have experienced them lying and not giving appropriate notices as to when they would be entering apartments or shutting off water, IF they even gave notice. 

I would stay away from short-term rentals - 2020 showed us something we have never seen; regular leases pushed through, short-term got shut down.

Personally, I am struggling with what type of financing to choose.I also wanted to see if any BP members around the GR area would be interested in a group meet up, maybe at a restaurant or coffee shop.

We charge a premium rate, but they check in to a bottle of wine and chocolates, get brunch at a local mom and pop place that is fabulous and makes them feel like royalty, and we have tons of recommendations for activities, sights to see, insider tips and tricks, restaurants, and other things in the units such as hiking books, history of the area books, and just a lending library full of books to read in case someone wants to do that during the stay.
