An LLC is not bulletproof and there are certain things you must follow.Do you have a reputable attorney in your area that specializes in real estate? 

I'm sure there has to be a few reputable wholesalers in that area, it doesn't look far from San Antonio.

If a homeowner wants to keep their home then they should apply for review of retention options with their servicer or consult with a reputable attorney about filing bankruptcy for a repayment plan.
