You just need to reach out to someone commenting on something relevant to your tax situation. 

If you are confident a contract is good for a certain type of deal, and you do that type of deal over and over again, it may be perfectly OK to modify the relevent terms of the same contract over and over again.

Many people self manage and achieve 200+ days a year but that is after a couple years usually.The statements about long term not being viable or relevant are completely wrong.
