Did you give her proper written notice as required by your state landlord tenant regulations.

It is why we worry about changing regulations and neighbors and a truly bad guest to might even falsely report hidden cameras or other things.

The IRS already regulates licensed tax professionals, such as CPAs, EAs and attorneys.

Basically I went through the HOA rules and regulations and no where in there does it prohibit signs (if it did they'd be breaking their own rules) but I spoke to the employees there today and they said they don't want any one else's signs posted up I don't believe this is a rule this is just something they want.

But I also realize the macroeconomic environment - especially as it relates to interest rates - is very uncertain, and in 5-10 years time rates could be even higher than they are today.

I could really use some advice on where I could find laws or regulations on the responsibility of the owners when costs arise such as roof repair, landscaping, exterior remodel….

These increases are normal and expected as time goes on as with any new construction projects, especially in today's dynamic environment.  

The way it will work is  we will have all say so of who comes in & out of our house, guidelines and regulations, and there would be no outside party with overriding say on who comes, goes, and stays. 

Unfortunately, I imagine most areas servicing section 8 tenants in New Orleans are currently a similar environment.
