Many at a recorder's office are skiddish about accepting deeds of the street due to fraud issues, understandably, but a clerk or the Recorder of Deeds may only determin if a document meets filing requirements, size of print, style, margins, noatry, and such, they may not make a determination of the content as to the legality of any document and must file what is produced to them if it meets filing requirements.
