For what its worth, radon level of 3 is below the EPS safety limit of 4.

Your market might let you get away with putting lip stick on a pig (not that I would do this, and as long as you are taking care of all the major safety items) and still sell for a profit.  

I text him and explain to him that i need it done NOW. he says "okay, we will be there friday" on Wednesday of that week he texts me saying that his other job had gone longer than expected and that he wouldn't be able to get there until Monday. in so many words (none of which were vulgar) I told him that that is unacceptable and that if he wasn't going to finish the job I would need a check from him for the unfinished work so I could hire someone else. immediately he calls me apologizing, giving me a story about this that and the other thing about why it's not done. again I told him " the fact you didn't prioritize me is not my problem, it's yours. it needs to be done now"So he comes out that Friday to say hi and check things out then tells me he doesn't have what he needs to do the job and he will be back Tuesday. okay now the story is current. this Tuesday April 4th is the day he says he will be out here.

Neighborhoods often vary in quality and safety street by street, especially in the Oak Park area.

@Dylan Wang I think you need to not worry about where the next hidden gem is and just do a county-wide search for a place where you think is the right combination of safety and the numbers working.

I'm really leery about the types of mental issues people living there would have and safety issues - Guess it's something I dont know much about so want to feel comfortable with it.

(Sorry if this question has been asked before)I've got a quick question about liability and responsibility for tenant safety in Colorado/Denver.

It's a high-paying job that can easily be replaced by a computer once they figure out the technology and safety.
