Tools I buy or rent?

Again you need a good consultant for this, if your architect is not familiar with the 'politics' of the City, then you need to hire someone that is to support the architect in this. 

I have tried to use the tools but I am at a lost with all the terms...I am a little embarrassed to share this since I left the corporate world(oil & gas industry)after 36 yrs retired as a regional manager.

Every tool and resource imaginable is available, all a person has to do is ask or turn it on. 

The biggest benefit i got from bigger pockets were the property analysis tools.
