I've had overwhelming requests from agents as they don't quite understand the Meta Business platform to actually walk them through the process.

As long as you’re advertising via Airbnb and Vrbo or a platform like that they can catch you.  

I always found it challenging to have the underwriting on anything less than say 75-100 units justify a dedicated leasing and maintenance person. 

The MTR world expands way beyond just nurses but thats a great way to start, and utilizing Furnish Finder is a great platform to get things kicked off.

BTW - BP has an entire section dedicated to HML, just look on top!

If you dont want to spend money on an application or platform you can always default to an excel spreadsheet in google sheets or something similar so that way the data is live.

Hands down the best platform to either buy or sell a note, particularly for the less-experienced investor.

Genuinely curious how many players (on this platform otherwise) you're seeing and how common/uncommon it is for individuals to be playing in the $250k+ range, $500k+, $1MM+... 

When neither of the above has worked out, I've also gone so far as to reach out on the platform directly to other local hosts and inquire if they'd be willing to share contact information - surprisingly enough, it has worked and have gotten some great contacts from doing so.

@Marcelle Abel there are many accountant here on the platform that work nationwide and deal with STRs.
