There is the well-known risk of a lender triggering the "due on sale clause" if you transfer a property title into an LLC.  

(I understand these are terms my partner and I have to figure out but appreciate feedback to not set myself up for failure or him feel taken advantage of).Question 2: once the earlier described partnership is established (parent with subsidiary LLC's) is it a once and done or does it need to be rewritten for each deal?

Especially with examples of how/when the DUE ON SALE clause was triggered and actually followed through on.I absolutely loved the podcast with Grant Kemp.

You could always practice by doing soft pulls first before you pull the trigger.
