Multi-Family Acquisition Questions
I have a deal on my desk that falls just a bit outside my normal business activities. I was initially tempted to just pass on it, but I decided to run the numbers anyway. You know, "just to see". Turns out, the numbers are solid and I think I want to pull the trigger on this one. Still, I want to be sure I've asked all the pertinent questions and haven't overlooked anything. So my questions is, what are the most important questions you ask when considering a multi-family property for acquisition? What do you want to know, in addition to the numbers before you move on a deal?
Also, I'd appreciate it if everyone could qualify their answers with their level of experience in this area. I know we all make different decisions at different junctures on this journey. Be nice to know that for comparison.
Thanks Everyone!
