I really believe that while an agent should be very knowledgeable about the real estate market....you should also have a great connection with that person because its going to be a fun/scary/emotional/weird/crazy/hectic time and you want to be able to ride that roller coaster with someone you generally like and can stand putting up with numerous showings and phone calls and texts.

This property has a vacant lot attached to it (multifolio) which I figured on selling along with a stand alone 4/2 that is adjacent to it to get some of my capital back and then finance the rest of the buildings with that 10 year . so many moving parts though it gives me a little anxiety.

I can stand the neg flow by using the additional reserved 25% I didn't put down, but I assume that lenders will not allow too much loans when they see that bad $flow.
