I have a guy I used and he created a whole package for the bank knowing what they want to see and he got the short sale approved in a few months.

Or do you use an alternative screening product for analysing weighted average lease terms, value add plays, and other data points for your sponsor packages.

Docusign was my friend and then FedEx for the final closing package which needed warm signatures.
