Another commenter mentioned this, but there are definitely some questionable lenders out there and you're better off looking for a better lender on here or through other experienced investors.From there it's all about hitting deadlines and getting it sold, but I'm sure you knew that part already!

If the comps have the same sqft and bedroom count, but this property has part of it carved off into a JADU, then for sure it will sell for less than the comps. 

In the case of inheritance, sometimes the best thing to do is to just sell them off and get what you can get so you can move on.

Everyone who touches the property along the way has to do their job, or at the end of the line, you'll have a vehicle with missing pieces, wheels that have fallen off, a vehicle that cannot be trusted and a client who will be shopping for a new PMC.
