He does his sales pitch about loaning him $100,000 and doing multiple deals in a month and I could supposedly make $30,000 a month by doing 10 deals a month. 

There is a monthly charge for the mobile sitting there so you need to know how much that is.

But all of this was when LPs were not diving deep because distributions kept coming monthly, an email was sent on a given day each month, and the only accountability needed was hitting projected returns, which was pretty easy in a bull market.Now, with more scrutiny from LPs and distributions not coming, those surface level emails are proving to not be showing much.

You don't need to know everything to get started; you need a foundation to build on and the rest will come through experience and then refining your education.You can build a basic understanding of investing in 3-6 months.

Any advice on if we should use it to pay off our loans against two of our retirement accounts (that we took out for the downpayment on the first STR) in order to lower the monthly bills or if we can/should cash out one or two of our retirement accounts (457 and/or 403b) and pay off the loans?
