Retail leases are very different from office leases for example and each has their own quirks.

I work for the Retail group in Direct Lending. 

The creative character that they infuse into their communities can add a lot of value to an area and make it blossom into a highly prized housing market for investors and homebuyers.Burgeoning retail segment.

Maybe even leave the commercial building and convert it to retail space.
