Hi All -Anyone have experience creating an LLC for building and managing a new ADU construction?

Hello BP Community and Property Managers,I'm planning to take over as property manager on one of my rentals and I'm looking for input for a smooth transition.

For landlords or manager under RSO's, what language have you used when stating the rent amount for years subsequent to the first year of the lease?

I manage around 400 rentals with 14 years of experience and have never been sued once.

Additionally, our efficient project management and marketing strategies ensured the property attracted buyers quickly.

Our goal is to buy a property a year so I thought it was a good idea to open a LLP to manage said properties. recently we discussed this with an accountant and he said there weren’t tax benefits to this right now.
