The other portion is mainly business law and estate planning (a lot of which is ancillary to real estate). 

My focus is mainly going to be long term by and hold.

I would like to see a place in the forums where all the different spreadshets/ documents that people post are placed.So whenever someone posts an excel sheet for lets say calculating a rehab or property checklist etc. it gets put in a main place so that if someone is looking for a certain excel sheet, type of doc. they know where to go....What does everyone think?

What is your thoughts on hard money investing in the New York area, mainly Syracuse.

Hard when you work full time, mainly because my passion for REI is overpowering my non-passion at my day job.

The main one could be that your focus is narrowed to the area you are farming, but if you choose your farm area well then this should really be more of a help than a hindrance, because it will mean more business for you overall.

What someone else ACTUALLY PAID for a property with similar features.

@Jason F my buddy is redoing the exterior of his place in plymouth ma in cedar. he got a quote and a catalog of cedar siding and i think the shingle panels from michigan prestain. it looks really good. good luck!
