My full time job is as a web developer working for a company calling Planning Center Online.

I'm extremely skeptical that consumers are going to be on board to willy nilly provide the passwords to all their online bank accounts to allow it to happen, however.

If off market , Do you do your own marketing for leads?

I've seen 2 in the last month through an online auction that sold for $100 each in great condition,just taken from the owners.

Its by far our best source of leads for tenants.

I can lead you in the right direction and help you out if you have any questions.

I've had a few leads but nothing that I was able to negotiate a great deal on that would make sense for me I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if I'm just not marketing to the right sellers.

Any recommendations/leads or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. 

I currently use Quickbooks online for the eBay part of my LLC and I worry that if I start putting in real estate transactions it's going to make the chart of accounts confusing.

However, when I'm sitting at around 90-95% occupancy via AirBNB and VRBO, I'm not particularly motivated to use my scant spare time to build the sort of robust website I'd need to easily process online bookings.
