AS invited guests I am a HML and they need those for their students.. although I never did any deals with them.But it was a well run intense event it starts at 8 in the morning and goes to 1 or 2 at night.

If the asset is a Stock, you are a stockbroker (regulated activity).If the asset is Real Estate, you are functioning as a real estate broker (regulated activity).I know I am inviting all kinds of wholesaler hate with this message, but if you want to start in real estate, you might be better served by taking some real estate agent courses at least and learning the ropes.

I'm late to the party @Eric GrossThanks @Brian Gibbons for the invitation, LOL, and that verse isn't the UCC but an opinion, appears to be by the state or council. 

It creates the "home like" atmosphere in a much better way than the larger CCRC facilities, and allows us to create more revenue than a 6-10 bed.

My parents spent their Summers and weekends there in their teens-mid to late 1940's.It is a nice small town atmosphere. 

I am not concerned with the amount of debt as I consider cash flow as my primary goal.Maybe try logging on to CBA.com or contacting a commercial broker.I would love to connect I sent both your fellas invites for coffee...its so funny as I was just talking to a friend and coworker about connecting more with Bellingham people from BP.

The easy way would have been to not volunteer for the invitation to speak, which would have been easy to do.
