Hello All,I started to listen to the BP podcasts within the last week and I am hooked on the great information being provided by Brandon and Josh!

The finance aspect is what I feel least informed about and the area I am working most to understand before I put an offer in on a property.  

An executive of a business authorized to sign such documents is often an employee, not necessarily an owner.If bankers won't let you sign like that, take your better attorney along and have him/her explain it to them.I have one who even trains IRS agents on the proper interpretation of the tax code (he, his partners and staff consistently win audits).

Both website are a great resources for finding information on properties.  

Hello BP,I've been following BP for information on how to obtain my first rental property and I couldn't be any closer.

There's so much information on here, you could almost become a real estate genius over night!

You can also get the information by yourself from permits submitted in 2016... but that will take some work.

I am seeking the information to this post as well. 

Their webinar was very informative.
