Leaning heavily towards making it a rental. 

My parents are going to be heavily involved in the process of buying a SFH, but I also want them to learn from this experience.Any recommendations?

It's nice cash flow for a single 2000 sf house.We invested heavily in making sure we got through the inspections on the first try - hired two consultants (one on business development and the other on regulations), medical director, pharmacist, etc.  

I have specific neighborhoods I am hitting heavily with marketing.Goal 3: Notes/Judgements2016 - 02017 - 2 notes or judgements purchased.

It seems that most bloggers are in heavily populated areas where there is more need for housing and the markets tend to be hotter.  

Are you relying too heavily on it being "a great and growing part of Newark", rather than what it's worth now?

So I think I want to be focusing on Class B properties, the returns of Class A don't quite do it for me but I don't want to get in over my head, I expect any reno that needs to be done i would be heavily reliant on a GC.

The extra money that I saved I have heavily invested in index funds and that has proved to be a great way to build wealth.

I've yet to see it in Canada... and I live in the most heavily populated area of the country.
