Can someone give me pointers on how to lease to the government and what I should expect?

I am also interested to hearing what the trends are in the Denver market or even Colorado as a whole, particularly with regard to government policies and projects, as well as forecasted population and economic changes.

What is the best way to obtain "Public Notices - Such as Divorce Notifications, Estate Notices, Code Violation notices thru a County Government Office?
