How to begin talks about leasing to the Veterans Affair?

Hi,

I have a property that is about 10 steps from a Veterans Affair building. I am very interested in beginning talks about ways to lease the building to them but I have no idea how to start. Can someone give me pointers on how to lease to the government and what I should expect?
