I am going to attempt to market it unfurnished to see if I get any bites, but can furnish it in a week if needed. 

I always just put mine on Furnished Finder, FB, and Zillow.

I'm planning on either posting it on Furnished Finder as a MTR or find a long-term tenant. 

High end properties require high end furnishings but high end tenants are still only tenants.

Medical students, Physicians Assistants on rotations, people who want to be close to family member undergoing long term treatment, etc would also be in need of flexible term furnished housing.

Hello everyone, I’m searching for my first rental property intending to offer it as a medium term furnished rental for travel nurses and other professionals.

I've done it a few different ways. 1) Listed it on the sites such as Furnished Finder, AirBnB, Booking.com, FB Travel lodging groups; and specifically call out the proximity to any medical centers or hospitals.  2) Word of mouth with my friends and colleagues 3) Reaching out to travel medical staff companies and leaving my info with recruiters.
