I would list additionally on all other rental websites such as Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Apartments.com etc.

Depending on your filing status, the first $75,000 is taxed at the lower tax rates of 10% & 15% and then 25%.

I do have one, but I have a long standing reputation with this bank and keep sizable amounts on deposit to maintain status in the private bank.  

@Chris Krivanek As @Rick H. was trying to tell you.....you don't know what the actual status of the title and ownership are at this point.  

I've learned more from looking at a facebook profile for five minutes than their application can tell me, both good and bad.
