Since then I have taken in a lot of knowledge on the subject of real estate, and I believe I'm ready to start networking with other investors in my area.

Sometimes that active look means you find out your rentals haven't been doing as well as you thought, but at least you're armed with the knowledge to re-deploy the equity.

Most of them have formal research and investigative backgrounds, in addition to being bright, organized, knowledgeable, hardworking, highly competent, good at taking calculated risks, and, of course, quite wealthy.

I would love to get advice from someone who has more experience and knowledge in this area of investing.

We're looking at expanding from our current knowledge in the real estate industry (we both used to be agents in another state) and learn the ins and outs of flipping, wholesaling, and eventually renting. mostly looking to learn from the immense amount of knowledge within the community and hopefully share some of what we learned from the agents side as well. also hoping to meet up and network with others in the industry as well and get recommendations on good trade workers that work around the area as we haven't networked nearly at all since moving here.Looking forward to hearing and learning from you all.

There is a wealth of knowledge here and plenty of seasoned investors ready to help and offer great advise.

If they are not gone in 2 days, then your seller may be in default and you would follow whatever recourse you have in the contract or you'd have to agree to some extension if the seller has time before foreclosure. 

Currently looking for a real estate broker that has knowledge on the multi-family side of things.

I've also seen people literally run an extension cord from their house with no power, through a window, and to a neighbor's house that did have power.
