Hey everyone. My name is Darren Cicerone, and I’m new to the community. I have been listening to the bp podcasts for a little over a year. I currently am a homeowner and I am interested in learning more about how to start up rentals. I have never owned a rental property and I bought my house on the GI bill in 2013. I work in Law Enforcement and my hobbies are surfing and kayaking. Great to meet everyone!
