I know there are agents that have altered the 5 Day method enough that they can sell, even though they are not owners (I think), I'm planning a 5 Day Sale the first of August.

Hey all, first post here and excited to be a part of the community.I would like advice from experienced investors on their recommended incorporation structure for a business that will raise money from external investors to use in funding equity requirements of lenders in in fix/flips and BRRRR rentals. 

If you have a real estate agent that is helping you to find properties, they can help you to pull a CMA which may have comps that normal aggregators like zillow and redfin may not have.

You can DM me as well but there are many experienced sponsors on this forum that I think collectively can provide valuable feedback across the whole country.

I would personally try to find an investor-friendly agent who also owns investment properties.
