Its normal to see communities come together at the beach every day. 

I currently spend a lot of time every day looking at homes and multi families in my area watching trends in price in what areas.  

We will listen to their hardships evaluate on a case-by-case basis if something more needs to happen - like payment plans or no late fee.

However in this situation with these being OOS properties, a turnkey provider, and quite an unprecedented world circumstance I am not inclined to try and work this out with each tenant on an individual basis. 

I am amazed everyday by this website and what it provides.

Speaking from the seat as a Qualified Intermediary who is in the midst of numerous exchanges for clients right now, a question that I am receiving every day.  

Not everyday that the owner of a top DFW property management company takes the time to offer advice to a newbie!

I read I cannot add that to the basis of my property.
