The world is your oyster but until you narrow down your goals and where you want to invest, I believe you will just spin your wheels.

If you haven't already, I'd strongly suggest you find a mentor, preferably someone in your area so you don't have to reinvent the wheel, and they'd already have good contractors to use.  

They could pay you a monthly fee for letting them park there and wheel their own trailer in.

Squeaky wheel get the oil, get on the city council agenda for that month and tell them you are trying to clean up and bring in more houses and increase the city tax base plus those new houses will add to the water and sewer and trash base.

Some locations may need lenses cleaned a couple times per year, but otherwise they are pretty durable and trouble free.
