The recent years have also been very challenging with personal health challenges but we have never given up and look forward to a brighter future and the opportunity to help others learn from our mistakes and achieve their own real estate dreams for retirement.

I'm glad I found this site because I am eager to get connected with other investors and like minded people to help turn a dream of leaving a legacy for my family into a reality.  

But if you've done your research and believe in your dreams and have a lot of faith, it makes it a whole lot easier to generate responses to your queries.I would start by searching BiggerPockets for people near your area.

Apart from running business & studentship, i am even busy in dreaming about owning Real Estate's in USA & London.I don't know much about the investment strategies in real estate's, but would be very happy if someone enlighten's me.I ventured into entrepreneurship with a purpose of accumulating wealth for my future real estate investments.

This young person has many great years ahead of him,  I hope he continues his dream and share it with the next bright young person who will someday need a helping hand.  

We are very happy with it though still working on making it our dream house.

I wasn't posing questions because I don't know, I was posing them to get people to think.My point is that digging option contracts off the internet, dreamed up by some non-attorney or some investor or guru in Bum-Teak-Boonieville to be used in your state and in your community isn't a good idea.
