@Joe Kato I buy mine within the LLC as did my wife & daughters within theirs.

After reading and researching the names it seemed to me the mother died in 2011, the father took care of things but now the daughter is becoming the executor.

Yes.While my wife, daughter and I temporarily live in a small apartment, we're searching for a new primary residence, and at the same time I'm stalking the internet for deals, and "Driving for Dollars" for investment properties.  

Mentally commit to conducting the group as part of your marketing plan. 

I've been a member for years and my daughter just joined so she and her husband could buy their first home.

Now, to mentally prepare myself for such an adventure, I have to get over the idea of debt vs. investments correct?

We see a lot of new investors who come through these forums, and in some cases, it's obvious when someone has the mentality and intellect to be successful in this business. 

Well, I did like the Modern Traditional style.In my world (Southern Louisiana) & my mind, "trendy" means 'going out of style' sooner than later.I agree with @Cody Steck , not for my buy/hold investment mentality.
