These have their own searchable values that can only help the SEO ranking of your website.Additionally, you want to sign up for Google Analytics to track page usage with your visitors, & Google Webmaster tools to submit url's for crawl requests, monitor any webpage errors (301/302/403/404), & most importantly, just how your site is performing with Google SEO.  

You should determine about exactly what it's worth and list it a little below the sweet spot...hopefully leading to bid wars.

I love value add, I actually spotted a property recently that had 33 unites with a potential to raise the value to almost half a million dollars by raising the rents, however it was section 8 (all disabled or hands-capped) but in what looked like a revitalization area and I don't have experience with section 8.

Then if the house every floods, the paint keeps the water from penetrating the subfloor and crawl space, and you can hopefully just vacuum the water up with a wet/dry vac.
