They are voted in every election cycle by the majority of deadbeat “ gimme free crap” townspeople who voted the same way every year since the dawn of time because they think somehow a politician will make their life easier and improve social conditions .. and every year they are disappointed 

If they look like a duck and sound like one, they're likely to crap like one too...pick someone who knows what in the heck they're talking about and can prove it through good solid information.Good luck!

You're almost always within 30 minutes of a good club that truly cares about their network, doesn't sell a ton of crap, and tries to build value.

He also takes the position that past market performance not being indicative of future returns is "bull crap," which many including myself would disagree with.

Lot’s of snow he PM companies we use are absolute trash, so tenant experience is crap.

I completely empathize with your scenario and you are right this is why wholesaling is being eradicated in many metro areas. 

I am a DIY landlord, contractor, and the go-to person to call for 30 properties of my clients, for any issue not just maintenance crap.

They just spend a lot of money on marketing and probably 1 every 30 to 50 leads is "valid".. you won't see them, you only see the "valid" leads.And you SHOULD care, because eventually they will get crushed as more and more sellers value organic especially because more and more people annoy the living CRAP out of others with cold calling DMM, bandit signs etc. etc.
