I'm in the process of submitting a claim to Steadily Insurance.

So to that end we would supply the up front cash to build and the government would pay us upon completion taking away the whole draw process. 

I want to build a system with a team of closers who take generated leads, close them, and hand them off to a PM who will have a head manager of their own then once the project is complete it will be handed off to our property management team/contractor who will rent it so we can get it funded with some form of DSCR loan.

Was just curious as we recently completed a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom unit for approx $3k!

Unfortunately, I am a complete novice when it comes to Fix and Flips.  

Four years ago we were just building our first half a dozen or so ADUs, and now we are up to 128 in progress and completed.

Insurance claims always get the crazy up charges for regular service inspections.  

Then the same for completion of work.

Capital is absolutely tied to operations so you are completely right there.
