You referenced other cash reserve, I do have some other funds to use towards whatever home we choose next so we aren't banking on these funds.  

No matter what you hear about Wholesaling our services are desperately needed in every community and if you choose this direction be proud to serve your community in this way. 

It's the same reason that Subway would choose to lease the space rather than buy their own building - lack of capital (or better use for capital).

Also, from many of the threads that I have read Wholesalers don't have a good reputation because of the many negative experiences that the Investors have had.
